The development is located in Cortijo Merino, covering an area of 7,722.05 m², with a total of 165 homes spread over 5 floors, each featuring spacious and bright terraces that bring each residence to life. Its extensive green areas and communal spaces make this residential complex an ideal place to unwind while remaining close to Málaga city center. Delivery of this residential project is expected during the first half of 2027.
